Design and project management: structural repair of the Ljudevita Posavskog 16 building, Zagreb

For the co-owners of the block of flats at Ulica Ljudevita Posavskog 16 in Zagreb, SLF Projekt d.o.o. prepared a measured survey of the existing building, a structural condition assessment report and a Level 2 structural repair design in 2022. From 2024, as project manager (voditelj projekta), it managed the owner-led renovation: selection of the contractor, coordination of the parties to construction, monitoring of the financial plan and submission of payment applications to the competent ministry.
