SLF Projekt
New building structures, seismic retrofit and cultural property
For each structure we prepare the calculation of mechanical resistance and stability, the technical description, the drawings and the bill of quantities for the structural works. We analyse concrete, steel and timber structures using SCIA Engineer and Tower, and masonry buildings using non-linear static analysis in 3Muri.
We prepare seismic retrofit designs for earthquake-damaged buildings, from the structural condition assessment to the design for structural repair, structural strengthening or full structural renovation.
We also design the renovation of churches and other protected buildings. Under the Act on the Protection and Preservation of Cultural Property (Zakon o zaštiti i očuvanju kulturnih dobara, Official Gazette NN 145/24, 151/25, Article 106), design documentation for cultural property may only be prepared by a person holding a licence from the Ministry of Culture and Media. We work on cultural property under this licence.
On some projects SLF Projekt holds the entire design contract: the architectural and electrical designs and the conservation and restoration report are prepared by our partner consultants, while we coordinate all parts of the design and are the client's sole contracting party.
