Expert opinion of a permanent court expert
The expert opinion is prepared and signed personally by a permanent court expert (stalni sudski vještak). At SLF Projekt this is our lead engineer, a permanent court expert in construction and real estate valuation, while the firm's engineers take part in the examination of the building, measurements and data processing.
In court proceedings we provide expert opinions by order of the court. We prepare out-of-court expert opinions for clients, contractors and insurers, before a dispute arises or with a view to settlement, on the condition and defects of buildings, the causes of damage and loss, and the quality and quantity of completed works. To date we have prepared more than 170 expert opinions.
We prepare valuations of flats, commercial premises and buildings in the form of a valuation report under the Real Estate Valuation Act (Zakon o procjeni vrijednosti nekretnina, Official Gazette NN 78/15), for banks, courts and other clients.
