Design: full renovation of the Demeter-Corvin house, Zagreb

SLF Projekt d.o.o. prepared the design for the full renovation of the Demeter-Corvin house, dating from 1808, at Ulica Pavla Radića 24 in Zagreb. As the contract holder, SLF prepared the structural repair design, the building physics design and the water supply and drainage design, and coordinated all parts of the design, while the architectural and electrical designs and the conservation and restoration report were prepared by partner consultants.

Scope of the design: structural condition assessment, repair of the load-bearing structure, measures for the rational use of energy and thermal protection, renovation of the façade, and water supply and drainage, subject to the special conditions for the protection of the cultural property issued in July 2026.
